VDS Cardetailing
A custom quoting tool that lets the owner create quotes in his own brand identity, on laptop and phone, plus a price study covering more than eighty price lists.
The question
Every quote was laid out by hand, time and again. The owner wanted to be able to create a polished quote quickly himself, even on the road, without the layout falling apart each time.
What we built

A quoting tool in the browser
The owner selects his treatments, enters the client and the vehicle and instantly gets a quote as a PDF. Works on laptop and phone, with the same data on both.

His own price list, saved
The prices of his treatments are in the tool itself, so he never retypes them. The tool calculates amounts, VAT and totals on its own.

A document that is always right
Every quote rolls out in the VDS brand identity: a dark header band with logo, numbered steps, a price card with subtotal and VAT, options kept separate from the base total and signature boxes. Long quotes are automatically spread across the document's pages.

Only for those allowed in
Login works with a code sent by email, only for the addresses that have access. The quotes and prices are visible to no one else.

Over eighty price lists from nine countries compared side by side for paint correction and ceramic coating.
What it delivers
Creating a quote takes minutes instead of an evening. Every quote that goes out looks like the brand.
